What is iLOQ?

iLOQ is a digital locking system that provides secure access to:

  • Your apartment (for tenants)
  • Community areas (for tenants)
  • Parking spaces booked at HAVENS LIVING

With iLOQ, you don’t need a physical key – your smartphone becomes your digital key.

First-Time Setup Instructions​

1. Download the App

Get the iLOQ S50 app on your phone:

2. Register Your Account

  • Shortly before your onboarding or parking access, you will receive an SMS from our host.
  • Click the link in the SMS to register.
  • Important: Complete registration within 120 hours. After that, the link expires and a new one must be requested.
3. Activate iLOQ

  • After registration, the app will ask for an activation code.

  • You will receive the one-time code via SMS or email. Enter it in the app and click “Activate”.

  • Pro Tip: If your iLOQ doesn’t work, it may be due to your phone case being too thick.
