Our Journey
In 2018/2019, HAVENS LIVING was born from a vision to redefine urban living. We delved deep into the emerging trends of coliving and coworking, seeking to create a groundbreaking living concept.
The focus was on product innovation, addressing the question of “What’s next?” for young professionals transitioning from student life.
Drawing from the best aspects of contemporary living concepts, HAVENS LIVING emerged as a solution that blends comfort, community, and convenience for a new generation of urban dwellers.
In 2021, HAVENS LIVING reached a significant milestone by opening its first property in Hamburg, marking the launch of version 1.0 of its innovative living concept.
This debut asset embodied the vision of creating a modern, community-focused urban living space, setting the stage for future expansions.
In 2022, HAVENS LIVING took its concept to the next level with the introduction of Version 2.0. This phase focused on product innovation, unveiling new designs and styles that elevated the living experience.
The updated aesthetics and enhanced functionality reflected the brand’s commitment to staying at the forefront of modern urban living.

We are delighted to announce that HAVENS LIVING has won the German Design Award in the category of “Excellent Architecture – Interior Architecture.” This award recognizes our outstanding achievement and commitment to innovative design in interior architecture.
