When does the house open?
We are opening our next HAVENS LIVING location in Berlin in the summer of 2025. The exact date depends on the progress and will be published soon. In the meantime, you can register on the waiting list or opt in for newsletters to receive updates.
Can I make a reservation already?
Yes, you can get in touch with us now to reserve your apartment or apartment contingent. Please use the contact form to write to us directly and specify your preferences.
What’s included in the all-in price?
The all-inclusive package covers everything for your hassle-free move-in and living experience: Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site hosts, maintenance, fully furnished apartments with essentials (kitchenware, smart TV, speaker), and access to shared spaces like a coffee lounge with free coffee, snacks, parcel service, and security. Optional bedding and towels can be added for a small fee.
What are the durations of the leases?
We offer flexible rental contract options for varying durations between 3 and 12 month. Depending on your contract type you find different termination options.
What is included in the apartment?
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped. Depending on the size the furnishment level differentiates. Details are provided the apartment offer.
Are laundry and cleaning included?
Cleaning services can be booked for an additional charge. The laundry is available 24/7 for self-use with individual payments per washing.
