You can rent an apartment for the period of 6 -12 months. At the end of the rental period there is an opportunity to renew your contract. You can choose between different flexibility options:

Fixed: Your contract is for a fixed time period and termination is not possible.
Limited: You have the right to terminate your contract with a 3 months notification period.
Flexible: Within the first 6 months, you have the right to terminate your contract with a 3 months notification period. Afterwards, you can terminate your contract with 4 weeks notification period.

All initial payments shall be made by a bank transfer.

Afterwards, the monthly rent can be simply debited from your bank account. For more information feel free to contact us.

The deposit varies according to the apartment category:

– The Cozy: € 2.000
– The Standard: € 3.000
– The Spacious: € 4.000

The bank transfer of the deposit is a requirement for the key handover.

Your future apartment is completely furnished and partly equipped.

Depending on the apartment category we offer you a fully equipped kitchenette incl. coffee machine, living area with a Smart TV and Marshall speaker, and your bed of course!

Additional Bedding & Towel packages are available upon request, please contact us upfront.

Contacts and Information

We offer special pet room conditions upon request. If you plan to move in with your dearest animal friend, please get in touch with us.

In order to guarantee the pleasant stay of all tenants, we would kindly ask you to refrain from entering the common areas (excl. elevator and staircase) with pets. Thank you!

In Germany, every citizen is obliged to register at the Einwohnermeldeamt (Residents’ Registration Office) at his/her place of residence.

The registration of a place of residence is possible at any Residents’ Registration Office – irrespective of the district in which you live.

You will receive your confirmation of residence from our host on your move-in date. Further information about the process can be found in our Newsroom.

For the security of our tenants, our buildings are equipped with an electronic locking system and intercoms. Public areas are also under video surveillance.

Additional security staff is on site at night on weekends.

Furthermore, all our employees are trained in first aid as well as in fire protection in order to be able to react correctly and quickly in case of emergency

The broadcasting fee is the fee that is charged for the use of public broadcasting. The amount was increased to € 18.36 on 20 July 2021.

For citizens over 18 years of age, the following applies: one flat = one contribution.

Please note: The broadcasting fee is not included in the all-in rent and shall be paid by each tenant

Apartment and Services

There is a regular cleaning of the community area, which is organised by our Hosts.

If you wish to book a cleaning service for your apartment, please contact our Hosts directly.

Smoking is permitted in the courtyard, on the roof terrace and in front of the entrance. We kindly inform you that in the entire building smoking is prohibited.

Existing furniture may not be removed. You are welcome to bring your own small pieces of free-standing furniture. We kindly inform you that any damages to the existing furniture, walls and floor might lead to additional charges.

You want to design your apartment with your own furniture? Please contact us to get an offer for a partly furnished apartment.

Every tenant gets his/her own personal letterbox and can collect his/her mail there. It is important that you always include your apartment number with your address.

Standard-sized parcels are accepted by the host and can be collected from the lobby during opening hours. You will be informed by email.

If you are interested at our cleaning services, simply contact our Hosts.

Access is via your transponder. There are washing machines with automatic dosing system for detergents and 3 dryers. Cashless payment is possible via NFC-enabled cards or NFC-enabled end devices.

Cost: € 3.50 per wash, € 2.50 per dryer use

Yes, you can. With us, you have the opportunity to select the perfect apartment, which will fit to your needs.

For couples, we offer the choice between The Standard Apartment, which has a 140cm bed, and The Spacious Apartment offering you a double 180cm bed.

Currently we offer you the following range of rental items:

– Iron/ironing board
– Laundry rack
– Vacuum hoover
– Broom and mop
– Tool box
– Extra bed with bed linen (please confirm in advance with the host. Cost: € 15/night)

There is an underground car park in the building. You can access the parking slots via Stresemannstraße 213, 22769 Hamburg, exit to Oeverseetraße.

For visitors, the first one hour is free of charge. Afterwards there is a fee of € 2.00 per hour. The fee can be paid cashless at the exit of the parking.

For Havens residents, we offer a monthly tenancy agreement, upon which you can use the parking spaces 24/7. The monthly price is € 115.00.

Move-in/ Move-Out

You will find a link to the Onboarding calendar in the E-Mail, containing the conformation of your contract. You can book the slot of your choice directly via the link.

If you arrive outside our office hours, please do inform our Sales Team.

There is a self check-in option, which we can offer you. Your key will be placed in a secured key box at the entrance. Further instructions from us follow per E-Mail.

Before you move out, the flat should be restored to its original condition. This means that the flat should be cleaned and free of personal belongings.

Please make an appointment with the Hosts to have your flat checked.

Your flat is ready to move in and fully equipped (kitchen equipment, kettle, coffee maker, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, etc.).
