Culture, food, leisure: Our properties are centrally located and are great connected to the main stations or airports of the metropolis.

Around-the-clock care: Our dedicated HAVENS team provides support at the reception while a security service ensures the safety of the tenants every hour of the day.

Exercise often doesn’t fit into a tight business schedule. At the in-house HAVENS gym, fitness and everyday life can be combined easily and create valuable balance – no matter if you’re alone or you’re with friends!

Anyone who’s had a dog or a cat knows a place only becomes a home with a pet by your side. At HAVENS pets are always welcome guests.
Registration of residence
HAVENS is not only a place to arrive, but also to stay. As in Germany, the registration of residence is necessary (for example to open a German bank account or to get health insurance) you can of course register your new address if you live with us.

Frequently asked questions
You can rent an apartment for the period of 6 -12 months. At the end of the rental period there is an opportunity to renew your contract. You can choose between different flexibility options:
Fixed: Your contract is for a fixed time period and termination is not possible.
Limited: You have the right to terminate your contract with a 3 months’ notification period.
Flexible: Within the first 6 months, you have the right to terminate your contract with a 3 month notification period. Afterwards, you can terminate your contract with 4 weeks notification.

For You! Our apartments are suitable for everyone – newcomers, commuters, professionals, students, singles, couples…
All initial payments shall be made by a bank transfer.
Afterwards, the monthly rent can be simply debited from your bank account. For more information feel free to contact us.
The deposit varies according to the apartment category:
– The Cozy: € 2.000
– The Standard: € 3.000
– The Spacious: € 4.000
The bank transfer of the deposit is a requirement for the key handover.
Your future apartment is completely furnished and partly equipped.
Depending on the apartment category we offer you a fully equipped kitchenette including coffee machine, living area with a Smart TV and Marshall speakers, and your bed of course!
